This ceramic incense burner pairs a crackle-glazed pot with a pierced antique-copper lid, designed to hold and display a burning incense coil while fragrant smoke vents through the lid's open metalwork. What sets a lidded coil burner apart from an open incense dish is this contained design, which shields the coil from drafts while letting fragrant smoke rise through the ornamental lid.

As each piece is finished with a hand-applied crackle glaze, slight variation in pattern and color between pieces is normal and part of its character.
We recommend wiping the ceramic body with a soft, dry cloth after each use, and cleaning the metal lid separately with a dry or barely damp cloth if residue builds up.
Please note the lid and interior become hot during and immediately after burning, so allow the burner to cool before handling, and always place it on a heat-safe, stable surface away from flammable materials.
